I called PayPal to see if I could reverse the dispute in hopes that doing so might "revalidate" my license key from SW but I hesitate to this as PayPal says "By marking this problem as resolved, you agree that no further problems can be raised for this transaction." The representative at PayPal adjusted the disputed claim to be labeled as "Not as described" (even though I think that's a stretch) and Data Power Development Limited (the seller of Save Wizard) has 10 days to respond to PayPal.
